Your responsibilities:
- Criminal defence: defence in white-collar and tax criminal matters at every stage of the proceedings
- Compliance: setting up, reviewing and optimising compliance management systems, conducting internal investigations
- Asset recovery: representing injured parties in criminal proceedings, asserting and enforcing tort claims
- Representation of third parties: advising companies on search and seizure, representing parties affected by confiscation, acting as counsel for witnesses

Legal Trainees (Referendare) (m/f/d)
During your compulsory and/or elective placement with us, you will gain valuable insight into how white-collar crime lawyers work. We will also help you prepare for the Second State Examination in Law. Good performance is remunerated. Outstanding performance may well be a reason to stay.
Office Processes Staff / Office Manager / Paralegal in White-Collar Crime (m/f/d)
You have completed vocational training as a paralegal (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r), tax assistant, office administrator, industrial clerk or similar, have a confident command of written and spoken German and are experienced in using MS Office. You enjoy thinking along and ahead and like working in a team. Besides managing files and deadlines, you will handle our telephone, support us in preparing and following up on meetings, and assist with internet research and drafting pleadings and invoices.
